APOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

The Board of Albion Development VCT PLC ("the Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Patrick Reeve as a Non-Executive Director of Albion Development VCT PLC with effect from 12 November 2013.

Patrick Reeve is managing partner of Albion Ventures LLP, the Company's investment manager, and is non-executive director of Albion Technology & General VCT PLC, non-executive director of Albion Income & Growth VCT PLC (in members' voluntary liquidation followings its merger with Albion Technology & General VCT PLC), non-executive director of Albion Enterprise VCT PLC, non-executive director of Albion Prime VCT PLC (in members' voluntary liquidation followings its merger with Albion Venture Capital Trust PLC) and Chief Executive Officer of Albion Community Power PLC.

Mr Reeve holds 63,647 Ordinary shares of 1 penny each and 40,849 D shares of 1 penny each in the Company.

No further information is to be disclosed in respect of paragraph 9.6.13 of the UKLA Listing Rules for Mr Reeve.
