CROWN BROTHERS DEVELOPMENT VCT PLC
Close Brothers Development VCT PLC announces that on 25 September 2006 it
purchased, to be held in treasury, 160,517 Ordinary Shares (representing 1.25%
of the issued Ordinary Share Capital), at a price of 87p per Ordinary Share and
71,715 C Shares (representing 0.4% of the C Share capital) at a price of 95p per
C Share.
Following the purchase of the 160,517 Ordinary Shares and 71,715 C Shares, the
total number of treasury shares held by the Company will be 160,517 Ordinary
Shares and 71,715 C Shares. The issued share capital of the Company, less the
total number of shares held in treasury, will be 12,885,150 Ordinary Shares and
18,048,792 C Shares.
