SHARE PURCHASE, VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
Albion Enterprise VCT PLC announces that it purchased 741,000 Ordinary shares at a price of 66.5 pence per share on 4 July 2012. This represents 2.19% of the total number of voting rights in the Company before the transaction.  These shares will be held in Treasury.
Following this transaction and in conformity with the provisions of DTR 5.6 we would like to notify the market of the following:

Albion Enterprise VCT PLC's capital as at 4 July 2012 consisted of 34,246,641 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 50p each.  Albion Enterprise VCT PLC holds 1,214,010 shares in Treasury. 
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Albion Enterprise VCT PLC is 33,032,631 and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, Albion Enterprise VCT PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
