TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES, VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL

In conformity with the  Transparency Directive's provisions we  would
like to notify the market of the following:

Albion Enterprise VCT PLC's capital as at 30 September 2009  consists
of 30,360,885 Ordinary shares  with a nominal  value of 50p.   Albion
Enterprise VCT PLC holds 51,633 shares in Treasury.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in Albion Enterprise  VCT
PLC is 30,309,252.

The  figure  of  30,309,252  may  be  used  by  shareholders  as  the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they
are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest
in,  Albion  Enterprise  VCT  PLC  under  the  FSA's  Disclosure  and
Transparency Rules.
