VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
In conformity with the provisions of DTR 5.6, we would like to notify the market
of the following:
Albion Enterprise VCT PLC's capital as at 30 November 2010 consists of
30,408,962 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 50p each. Albion Enterprise
VCT PLC holds 87,811 shares in Treasury.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in Albion Enterprise VCT PLC is
30,321,151, which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or change to their interest in, Albion Enterprise VCT PLC under the
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
