Dealings by Directors
Quester VCT was informed on 30th April 2002 that Quester Services Limited, the
management company to Quester VCT, sold 35,750 Quester VCT ordinary shares at
53p per share on 30th April 2002.
Quester Services Limited is an indirect subsidiary of Querist Ltd, of which A P
G Holmes and J A Spooner are directors and shareholders. Messrs Holmes and
Spooner are directors of Quester VCT.
Following this transaction, Quester Services Limited retains a holding of 10,777
Quester VCT ordinary shares, representing 0.03 per cent. of Quester VCT's issued
ordinary share capital, and Messrs Holmes and Spooner are beneficially
interested in 335,329 and 470,105 Quester VCT shares, respectively, representing
0.95 and 1.33 per cent. respectively, of Quester VCT's issued ordinary share
capital.
