VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL

In conformity with the provisions of DTR 5.6, we would like to notify the market of the following:

Kings Arms Yard VCT PLC's capital as at 31 December 2012 consists of 209,667,635 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1p each.  The Company holds 4,242,000 shares in Treasury. 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Kings Arms Yard VCT PLC is 205,425,635 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Kings Arms Yard VCT PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
