Trading Update

Your Company is currently preparing its Annual Report and Accounts for the
period to 31st December 2010. A key element of this is the review of the
valuations of its portfolio of investments in unquoted companies. An initial
review by the Board and the Investment Manager prior to the commencement of the
audit suggests that the Net Asset Value per Ordinary Share as at 31st December
2010 may be materially lower than the last published Net Asset Value as at 30th
September 2010. A further announcement will be made once the audit is completed.
