TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL

Kings Arms Yard VCT PLC announces that it purchased 348,000 Ordinary shares at 17.67 pence per share on 18 October 2013. The shares purchased represent 0.18% of the total number of voting rights in the Company before the transaction.  These shares will be held in treasury.

Following this transaction, and, in conformity with the provisions of DTR 5.6 we would like to notify the market of the following:

Kings Arms Yard VCT PLC's capital as at 18 October 2013 consisted of 209,877,614 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1p each. Kings Arms Yard VCT PLC holds 16,433,000 shares in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Kings Arms Yard VCT PLC is 193,444,614 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in Kings Arms Yard VCT PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
