The board is pleased to announce that an initial allotment of 5,000 shares in
respect of the Offer has taken place today. In addition, applications have
been received for a further 94,000 Shares under the Offer, taking the
aggregate of applications and allotments up to 99,000 Shares.

Dealings in the 5,000 Shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing
issued share capital, will commence on 4 October 2001.
