Albion Technology & General VCT PLC


The  first allotment of New  Ordinary Shares and New  C Ordinary Shares (each of
nominal  value 50 pence per share) in Albion  Technology & General VCT PLC under
the Albion VCTs Linked Top Up Offer (which was launched on 1 November 2010) took
place  on 7 January 2011. The issue price  of New Ordinary Shares was 94.8 pence
per share and the issue price of New C Ordinary Shares was 74.3 pence per share.

Applications  for 344,862 New Ordinary Shares  and 440,166 New C Ordinary Shares
in   Albion  Technology  &  General  VCT  PLC  were  received,  including  those
applications  received within the first £2.5m  subscribed under the Offer, which
are entitled to an additional 1% of the value subscribed, in New Ordinary Shares
and  New C Ordinary Shares. The cost of this additional 1% shares is being borne
by the Manager, Albion Ventures LLP.

The net proceeds of the Offer to date to Albion Technology & General VCT PLC are
approximately  £604,000. The  Offer will  remain open  until 12 noon  on 5 April
2011 unless fully subscribed and closed earlier.

Application  has been made  to the Financial  Services Authority for 344,862 New
Ordinary Shares and 440,166 New C Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official
List  and to  the London  Stock Exchange  for the  New Ordinary Shares and New C
Ordinary  Shares to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market
for listed securities.

It  is expected that Admission  will become effective, and  that dealings in the
shares will commence on or before, 8.00 a.m. on 14 January 2011.

As  at the first closing of the Albion VCTs Linked Top Up Offer (the "Offer") on
7 January  2011, applications (across  all seven  of the  Albion VCTs) totalling
£4,216,500 were received, and will be met in full.
