Total voting rights

ALBION TECHNOLOGY & GENERAL VCT PLC

VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL

In conformity with the provisions of DTR 5.6, we would like to notify the market
of the following:

Albion  Technology & General VCT PLC's capital as at 31 August 2010 consisted of
13,735,783 Ordinary shares and 35,714,640 C Ordinary shares, both with a nominal
value  of 50p each. Albion  Technology & General  VCT PLC holds 888,094 Ordinary
shares and 1,598,918 C shares in Treasury.

Therefore  the total number of voting rights  in Albion Technology & General VCT
PLC  is 46,963,411, which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations  by which they will determine if  they are required to notify their
interest  in, or a change to their  interest in, Albion Technology & General VCT
PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency rules.
