The  Board of Albion Venture Capital Trust  PLC announces that, with effect from
30 September  2010, Mr Jonathan Thornton will retire as a non executive director
of the Company.
The Board would like to thank Mr Thornton for his invaluable contribution to the
Company over the past fourteen years.
There are no further details required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraphs
9.6.13 (2) to (6) of the Listing Rules.
