CLOSE BROTHERS VENTURE CAPITAL TRUST PLC
AGM Result
At an Annual General Meeting of the Company held today, the Board of Close
Brothers Venture Capital Trust PLC is pleased to announce that the following
Resolutions were passed:
(i) that the Company shall continue as a Venture Capital Trust until the
Annual General Meeting of the Company in 2012;
(ii) that a supplementary management agreement between the Company and
Close Ventures Limited to amend certain arrangements relating to the
remuneration payable to Close Ventures Limited was approved; and
(iii) under Article 106 of the Articles of the Company the aggregate
amount of the ordinary remuneration of the Directors be increased to an amount
not exceeding £100,000 per year.
