Appointment of a Director

 

Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC ("Alfa" or the "Company"), a leading developer of mission critical software for the asset finance industry, announces that Stephen Breach has joined the Board as an independent, non-executive director with immediate effect.

Steve is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, having qualified with EY in 1993 where he focused on providing corporate finance advice to technology businesses in the UK and internationally.  Steve has sixteen years' experience as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of a number of businesses.  Between 2010 and 2016, Steve was CFO of Tribal Group PLC, a leading international provider of student management software to the education market.  Steve has subsequently pursued a portfolio career, acting as adviser to a number of privately-owned companies.

Steve will immediately join the Audit and Risk, Remuneration and Nomination committees of the Board and will take over from Robin Taylor as chair of the Audit and Risk Committee following the announcement of the Company's half-year results. 

The Company confirms there are no further disclosures to be made in connection with Steve Breach's appointment pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rules.
