Director changes

 

Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC ("Alfa" or the "Company"), a leading developer of mission critical software for the asset finance industry, today announces a director change.

The Board would like to announce the following changes as a result of planned succession.

Robin Taylor and Karen Slatford will step down from the Board following the announcement of the Company's half-year results.  The Company has been working with a search firm and expects to announce their successors in the near future.  The Company would like to thank Robin and Karen for their contributions to the business in our first few years as a public company.

Chris Sullivan joins the Board as Chair of Nomination Committee with immediate effect.   Chris retired from his role as Chief Executive of the Corporate & Investment Bank at Santander UK at the end of October 2018, having successfully built and grown the business over the last three years to comply with the UK Banking Reform standards. Prior to joining Santander, Chris spent forty years with the Royal Bank of Scotland and NatWest in various CEO roles.  His eleven years on the Group ExCo included leading Corporate Banking, Retail Banking, Direct Line and Retail Direct culminating in appointment to the post of Deputy Group Chief Executive in March 2014.   A recipient of the Leasing Life European Lifetime Achievement Award, Chris brings expertise in the asset finance industry, having spent nearly thirty years at Lombard Group in a number of roles including as CEO.

Chris is currently Chairman of the Westminster Abbey Investment Committee and is also a Non-Executive Director of the Goodwood Estates. He also serves as Senior Independent Director for DWF - a leading international legal business.

The Company confirms there are no further disclosures to be made in connection with Mr Chris Sullivan's appointment pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rules.
