Notice of preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2019

Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC ("Alfa" or the "Company"), the leading developer of mission-critical software for the asset finance industry, announces that it will release its 2019 preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2019 on Thursday, 23 April 2020.

A webcast/conference call for investors and analysts will be held on 23 April 2020, and will be hosted by Andrew Denton, Chief Executive Officer and John Miller, Interim Chief Financial Officer.
