Employee Share Save Schemes and Directors' Dealings
Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC ("Alfa" or the "Company"), a leading developer of mission-critical software for the asset finance industry announces that on 30 November it granted options under newly launched share save schemes in both the UK and US.
Approvals
The UK Save as You Earn Scheme ("SAYE Scheme") was approved at the AGM on 10 May 2021. The US Employee Stock Purchase Plan ("ESPP") was approved at the AGM on 24 April 2018. The schemes are tax qualifying under respective legislation in the UK and the US.
Total options granted
Pursuant to the SAYE Scheme, a total of 106 employees elected to participate, representing approximately 40% of the eligible population and pursuant to these elections a total of 774,659 shares under Option have been granted at an exercise price of 153.6 pence, equating to 0.26% of the current issued share capital.
Subject to certain conditions being satisfied, the entitlement to exercise the SAYE Options arises during the period 1 January 2025 to 30 June 2025.
Pursuant to the ESPP Scheme, a total of 21 employees elected to participate, representing approximately 32% of the eligible population and pursuant to these elections a total of 77,724 shares under Option have been granted at an exercise price of 167.0 pence, equating to 0.03% of the current issued share capital.
Subject to certain conditions being satisfied, the entitlement to exercise the ESPP Options arises during the period 1 January 2024 to 29 February 2024.
