Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC ("Alfa" or the "Company"), a leading developer of mission-critical software for the asset finance industry, announces that on 21 June 2023 it purchased the following number of ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company pursuant to its share buyback programme.
