Alkane announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the listing of 100,000 new ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each. The admission is being made pursuant to the exercise of options on 14 July 2011, at 12.75pence per share, under the Group's Post-Admission Share Option Plan.
It is expected that dealings in the new ordinary shares will commence at 8.00am on 20 July 2011. Following the admission of the new shares, the issued share capital will be 99,700,848 ordinary shares.
