Appointment of Joint Broker

Alkane Energy plc (AIM: ALK), the independent gas to power producer, is pleased to announce the appointment of Liberum Capital Limited as joint corporate broker effective immediately. Liberum Capital Limited will act as joint corporate broker to Alkane alongside VSA Capital Limited. Altium Capital Limited will continue to act as nominated advisor to Alkane.
