Resignation of a Non-executive Director
Alkane Energy plc, the international green energy company, which designs,
manufactures and operates specialist methane capture and utilisation technology,
today announces that Sir David White has resigned as a Non-executive Director
with effect from 12 May 2004.
The Board wishes to express its thanks to Sir David for his valuable
contribution in the growth and development of Alkane over the last 3 1/2 years
and wish him continuing good health and success.
