Management Limited (a subsidiary of CGNU plc) is interested in 3,333,333 0.5p
ordinary shares (approximately 3.73% of the issued share capital), of which
2,222,222 shares are registered in the name of BNY Norwich Union Nominees Ltd
and 1,111,111 shares are registered in the name of Chase GA Group Nominees
Ltd.
