Allergy Therapeutics plc (AIM: AGY), the fully integrated speciality pharmaceutical company specialising in allergy vaccines, was informed on 30^th March 2011 that Mr Peter Jensen, Non Executive Chairman, purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each ('Ordinary Shares') on 30^th March 2011 at a price of 12.0p per Ordinary Share.

Following this share purchase Mr Jensen holds 100,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.03 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
