The following amendments have been made to the Holding(s) in Company 
announcement released today at 12.42 under RNS No 7647M.

Sections 11 and 12 should have read 'Number of voting rights proxy holder will 
"acquire" to hold' and 'Date on which proxy holder will "acquire" to hold voting 
rights' respectively. 

All other details remain unchanged.
