Allergy Therapeutics also announces that pursuant to its block admission facility, it has recently issued 292,500 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the company ("Ordinary Shares") in satisfaction of the exercise of share options. The new Ordinary Shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing shares.
In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, as at 1 June 2021, the Company has 641,772,718 Ordinary Shares in issue. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 641,772,718.
The above figure of 641,772,718 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
