Director Shareholding

Alliance Pharma plc (AIM: APH), the speciality pharmaceutical company, was notified today that on 20 September 2010 Tony Booley, a Director of the Company, received a distribution for nil consideration of 6,810,723 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from a trust, the beneficiaries of which are Mr Booley and his wife. 

Following this transfer, the beneficial interest of Mr Booley and his family remains unchanged at 6,810,723 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.89% of the issued share capital of the Company.
