Exercise of Options and Director's Dealings
Alliance Pharma plc (AIM: APH), the speciality pharmaceutical company, announces that the Company was notified today that on 10 September 2010 Richard Wright, a Director of the Company, exercised options to acquire 363,624 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 8.25p per share, which were subsequently all sold on 13 September 2010 at 37.25 pence per share. Following these transactions, Mr Wright's holding of 190,768 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.08% of the enlarged issued share capital, is unchanged.
Application has been made for the 363,624 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM, with trading expected to commence on 16 September 2010 ("Admission"). Upon Admission, the new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
After Admission, Alliance will have 235,581,255 Ordinary Shares in issue.
