Exercise of Share Options
Alliance Pharma plc (AIM: APH), the speciality pharmaceutical company, announces that following the exercise of employee share options on 12 June 2013, application has been made by Alliance for a further 205,985 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM.
It is expected that these new Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares, will be admitted to trading on 18 June 2013.
Following the admission of the 205,985 Ordinary Shares, Alliance will have 250,023,628 Ordinary Shares in issue.
