Alliance Trust PLC announces declaration of a third and final interim dividend
of 1.95 pence per share payable on 30 April 2007 to shareholders on the register
on 30 March 2007. The ex-dividend date is 28 March 2007.
The total dividend payable for the year ending 31 January 2007 (adjusted for the
10:1 share subdivision in June 2006) will therefore be 7.575 pence per share, up
from 7.35 pence per share (adjusted for the share subdivision) for the year
ending 31 January 2006.
