Change of AIFM

Alliance Trust PLC (ATST) today announces that, with effect from 1 October 2019, the Trust is changing its Alternative Investment Fund Manager (“AIFM”) from Towers Watson Investment Management (Ireland) Limited (“TWIMI”) to Towers Watson Investment Management Limited (“TWIM”).

With the UK scheduled to leave the European Union at the end of October, the change of AFIM is designed to avoid any complications that could arise in the future from TWIMI being based in Ireland. It does not affect the way Alliance Trust’s assets are managed.

TWIM is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales, having its registered office at Watson House, London Road, Reigate, Surrey RH2 9PQ. TWM is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
