Mrs Lesley Knox, the Chairman of Alliance Trust PLC, has on 19th May 2011 been
appointed a Non-Executive Director of SABMiller plc. Hays PLC has also announced
today that Mrs Knox will be stepping down from the Hays Board later in the year.
