In accordance with the announcement made on 15 October 2003 regarding
the retirement of Gavin Suggett and the appointment of Alan Harden as
Chief Executive designate, the Board announces that Gavin Suggett has
resigned as a director with effect on 31 December 2003 and that Alan
Harden has been appointed as an executive director with effect from 1
January 2004. Alan Harden also assumes the responsibilities of Chief
Executive on 1 January 2004.
