Final Exercise of Subscription Shares

11 April 2012

RCM Technology Trust PLC  has applied for the listing of 4,590,415 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each (the "Shares") following the exercise of 4,590,415 Subscription Shares to subscribe for Ordinary Shares at 267p per share following the Subscription Shares' final exercise date on 4 April 2012. The Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Shares. Following the exercise the Company's issued share capital will comprise 26,911,635 Ordinary Shares of 25p each.

It is expected that admission to the Official List and commencement of dealings in the Shares on the London Stock Exchange will take place at 8.00 a.m. on 12 April 2012.
