The Board of RCM Technology Trust plc ("RTT") is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Jeens to the Board as Deputy Chairman.   Following 12 years with Touche Ross, where he was an audit partner, Robert moved to Kleinwort Benson, and was subsequently FD of Woolwich.  He has extensive experience of the asset management industry, having served as a Director of Royal London Mutual Insurance Society and Gartmore Fledgling Trust plc and as a Supervisory board member of Bank Insinger de Beaufort NV.   He is a Director of Henderson Group plc, TR European Growth Trust plc, JP Morgan Russian Securities plc and other companies.  He also has had experience of technology companies as Chairman of nCipher plc and as a Director of Dialight plc and is currently Chairman of Remote Media Group, a cloud-based digital signage company.

It is intended that Robert will take over the Chairmanship from David Quysner who, after more than ten years as a Board member of RTT, will not be standing for re-election at the Annual General Meeting next year.
