The Board of Allianz Technology Trust plc ("ATT") is pleased to announce the appointment of Elisabeth Scott to the Board of ATT as non-executive director with effect from 1 February 2015.

Elisabeth is currently a non-executive director of Pacific Horizon Investment Trust PLC, Fidelity China Special Situations PLC and Dunedin Income Growth Investment Trust PLC.   Elisabeth managed investments for 17 years at Edinburgh Fund Managers and Schroder Investment Management before moving to client facing and strategic roles, latterly as Managing Director and Country Head of Schroder, Hong Kong.  

Elisabeth will be a member of the Audit Committee, the Nomination Committee and the Management Engagement Committee on appointment.

There are no other details requiring disclosure in respect of this appointment in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.13.
