RCM Technology Trust PLC (the 'Company').

The Company announces that following the exercise of conversion rights by
holders of Subscription Shares an application has been  made  to the UK Listing
Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 4,937 Ordinary Shares of 25p each to
be admitted to the Official List and to be admitted to trading on the London
Stock Exchange. Dealings in the new shares are expected to commence on 14 April
2008.
