The correct number of remaining treasury shares will be 2,358,453 not 2,383,453 as previously stated and the correct issued share capital of the Company will be 25,944,427 not 25,919,427 as previously stated.

The Company announces that on 8 February 2017 it issued, from the Ordinary Shares held in treasury, 25,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p per share at a price of 891.0p per share (representing 0.1% of the issued Ordinary Shares).

Following the issue from treasury of the 25,000 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Ordinary Shares held by the Company in treasury will be 2,358,453. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury, will be 25,944,427 Ordinary Shares.
