The Company announces that on 6 May 2015 it issued, from the Ordinary Shares held in treasury, 20,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p per share at a price of 613.1p per share (representing 0.07% of the issued Ordinary Shares).

Settlement of the transaction is due on 12 May 2015.

Following the issue from treasury of the 20,000 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Ordinary Shares held by the Company in treasury will be 2,555,454. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury, will be 25,747,426 Ordinary Shares.
