RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 27 July 2007 it purchased 73,500
Ordinary 25p Shares (representing 0.31% of the issued class of capital) at
230.64p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 73,500 Ordinary Shares is due on 1
August 2007 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to 23,860,312
Ordinary 25p Shares.

The Company does not currently hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.
