RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 21 December 2007 it purchased 30,000
Ordinary 25p Shares (representing 0.12% of the issued class of capital) at 245p
per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 30,000 Ordinary Shares is due on 28
December 2007 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to 23,799,312
Ordinary 25p Shares.

The Company does not currently hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.
