RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 20 February 2009 it purchased, to be held in treasury,  28,200  Ordinary Shares at 186.99p per share (representing 0.12% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 28,200 Ordinary Shares is due on 25 February 2009.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 28,200 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 236,600. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 23,300,649 Ordinary 25p Shares.
