RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 13 March 2009 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 108,000 Ordinary Shares at 174.83p per share (representing 0.46% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 108,000 Ordinary Shares is due on 18 March 2009.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 108,000 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 344,600. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 23,192,649 Ordinary 25p Shares.
