RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 15 February 2008 it purchased 39,000
Ordinary 25p Shares (representing 0.16% of the issued class of capital) at 222p
per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 39,000 Ordinary Shares is due on 20
February 2008 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to 23,590,312
Ordinary 25p Shares.

The Company does not currently hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.
