RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 26 March 2010 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 63,407 Ordinary Shares at 292.48p per share (representing 0.28% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 63,407 Ordinary Shares is due on 31 March 2010.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 63,407 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 924,503. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 22,613,276 Ordinary 25p Shares.
