RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 9 March 2012 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 31,404 Ordinary Shares at 334.45p per share (representing 0.14% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 31,404 Ordinary Shares is due on 14 March 2012.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 31,404 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 1,343,669. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 22,368,796 Ordinary 25p Shares.
