RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 18 January 2013 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 93,850 Ordinary Shares at 336.99 per share (representing 0.36% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 93,850 Ordinary Shares is due on 23 January 2013.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 93,850 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 2,239,994. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 26,062,886 Ordinary 25p Shares.
