RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 10 May 2013 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 114,870 Ordinary Shares at 370.18p per share (representing 0.45% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 114,870 Ordinary Shares is due on 15 May 2013.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 114,870 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 2,856,951. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 25,445,929 Ordinary 25p Shares.
