RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 14 September 2012 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 41,385 Ordinary Shares at 329.02 per share (representing 0.15% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 41,385 Ordinary Shares is due on 19 September 2012.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 41,385 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 1,501,823. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 26,801,057 Ordinary 25p Shares.
