RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 24 February 2012 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 90,037 Ordinary Shares at 334.92p per share (representing 0.40% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 90,037 Ordinary Shares is due on 29 February 2012.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 90,037 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 1,276,124. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 22,436,341 Ordinary 25p Shares.
